Applicants should have a good degree (minimum lower second). For the MA pathways this should be Economics or a related discipline, while for the MSc this should be Economics or one in which economics was a major component. Other qualifications or experience which demonstrates that the candidate possesses appropriate knowledge and skills at honours degree standard may be accepted. A recognised English Language qualification is also normally required. If English is not your first language, tests such as the British Council’s International English Language Test (IELTS) at grade 6.5 or TOEFL at 600 are acceptable.
